Qualifications Required:

• Proficiently dealing with confidential data in a discreet and professional manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Competence in sales, collections, or customer support is advantageous
• Skilled in bilingual communication, specifically in Spanish
• Previous exposure to the financial services or consumer lending realm
• Knowledge of loan origination systems and customer relationship management platforms is advantageous
• Knowledge of both federal and state lending laws, such as the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is required
• Verified history of reaching or outperforming sales benchmarks
• Showing competence in problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Valuing group efforts while also possessing self-sufficiency
