Role Overview:

As a Branch Operations Associate at PNC, you will deliver excellent customer service, assist customers with financial transactions, and support daily branch operations. This role focuses on creating positive customer experiences while identifying opportunities to introduce clients to PNC products and services that meet their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a personalized customer experience focused on improving financial well-being and building long-term customer relationships.
• Accurately and efficiently process a variety of customer transactions and service requests.
• Assist customers in understanding and selecting convenient options for managing their banking transactions.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and connect them with the appropriate branch team members when needed.
• Encourage customer engagement through lobby activities, branch events, and meaningful conversations.
• Recommend PNC products and services based on individual customer needs and financial goals.
• Recognize sales opportunities and refer customers to specialists to strengthen and expand banking relationships.
• Educate customers on digital banking platforms, technology solutions, and self-service tools to simplify financial management.
• Use product knowledge and operational procedures to resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.
• Ensure teller transactions and branch operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
