What You’ll Do:

As a Relationship Banker, you will build and retain meaningful relationships with customers, using your financial knowledge to recommend thoughtful solutions that meet their needs. In this dual role, you will contribute to the success of the branch by:

• Building lasting relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services
• Collaborating with internal partners such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to connect customers with specialized expertise
• Operating a teller drawer to serve customers in the lobby and drive-up
• Opening new accounts, performing account maintenance, and assisting customers with digital banking products
• Recognizing potential fraud and other operational or financial risks
• Assisting with bank opening and closing procedures depending on shift
• Supporting community outreach and bank-sponsored events

Qualifications for Relationship Banker:

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, financial services, or a sales-related role
• High school diploma or GED required
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
