Job Overview for Fund Administration Officer:

As an Fund Administration Officer, you will prepare, analyze, and report on investment and fund performance data for global real estate funds and affiliated entities. You will work closely with senior team members and external stakeholders to maintain fund accounting accuracy and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer the general ledger for various fund entities
• Establish supporting documentation for accounting statements, portfolio breakdowns, and division of capital interests
• Formulate reports presenting the financial condition of a company supported by additional disclosures
• Scrutinize the monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data to identify key findings
• Check or design calls for funding, returns, and the harmonization of banking reconciliations
• Determine the fees for management oversight, annual charges, and incentive structures
• Construct letters for clients regarding the returns on their investments, the breakdown of their assets, and their accounting procedures
• Calculate the waterfall mechanism and determine capital account allocations
• Contribute to special tasks as requested

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office demonstrates the capability to effectively manage data, analyze information, and communicate ideas through the various applications in the suite
• Manifesting an analytical mindset and proficiency in working across the spectrum of organizational levels
