Qualifications Required:

• Completion of high school or earning a GED is a basic requirement for furthering education and securing certain jobs
• Capable of working at the office during typical business hours and occasional overtime, including Saturdays
• Effective verbal and written communication aptitude
• Skilled in operating technology comfortably and handling multiple systems concurrently
• Showing skill in handling private information with discretion and professionalism

Preferred:

• Practical knowledge in sales, collections, or customer care is essential
• Proficient in Spanish, both in conversation and in writing
• Past work history within financial services or consumer lending sector
• Competence in using loan origination systems and CRM tools is expected
• Familiarity with federal and state lending regulations, including laws like the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is important
• Established record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives
• Demonstrating proficiency in resolving issues and selecting options
• Emphasizing teamwork alongside the capacity for autonomous work
