Job Description:

We are currently looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Banking Relationship Manager within our organization. In this capacity, you will act as a trusted advisor to our Premier customer base, offering well-rounded financial advice that aligns with their individual circumstances. You will collaborate with internal teams to guide clients through all stages of their financial journey, engaging in proactive client outreach, resolving banking inquiries, and ensuring compliance with regulatory protocols.

Responsibilities include:

  • Formulate and put into action tactics aimed at securing new clients, expanding outreach efforts, and ensuring the loyalty of existing clients to enhance income and broaden the scope of business with customers.
  • Partner with the Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to establish and roll out customer-focused marketing plans aimed at driving new business growth via methods such as reaching out to potential clients, making outbound calls, building professional connections, and leveraging recommendations.
  • Display authentic inquisitiveness towards clients, aiding them in attaining their financial aspirations. Transform client knowledge and sales techniques into effective sales plans and methods, anticipating and converting sales chances, and offering exceptional customer service.
  • Engage with specialists to access advanced technical knowledge for identifying and satisfying multiple client needs effectively.
  • Market our products and services to potential clients by assessing their needs and recommending suitable resources within our organization.
  • Aid in the advancement of branch improvement efforts by collecting client input on our performance and making sure we meet audit criteria and quality assurance benchmarks.
  • Meet the operational integrity criteria specified by EWB and abide by the Business Principles and Values articulated by the organization.
  • Responsibilities beyond the current scope of work may be designated.

Qualifications include:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree or a corresponding level of practical knowledge is necessary.
  • Mandatory licenses encompass FINRA Series 6, 63, as well as Life and Health Insurance, with the Series 7 certification to be secured within six months from the start date.
  • Proven track record in financial services and retail sales for more than five years, or a comparable duration, showcasing exceptional sales performance and expertise in banking products essential for making referrals.
  • Experience in handling high-net-worth clients and maintaining strong connections with them.
  • Demonstrated strengths in selling, effective communication, promoting additional products, devising sales strategies, numerical proficiency, making informed decisions, and analytical competencies are valued.
  • Skilled in fostering positive relationships, providing top-notch client assistance, managing time efficiently, and deciding on key tasks.
  • Comprehensive understanding of various financial products and services.
  • Enhanced grasp of the business banking customer demographic and the types of products and services that can enhance the Premier portfolio.
  • Demonstrating a strong sense of possessing, responsibility, and answerability.
  • Strong grasp of financial strategy, asset administration, and identification of client needs.
