  • Establishing personal and commercial banking relationships, comprising consumer checking accounts, small business banking accounts, different deposit products, home equity financing solutions, unsecured lending options, and certificate investment plans.
  • Forming resilient partnerships with branch associates and business partners to enhance client acquisition and deepen connections with existing clients, skillfully coordinating centers of influence both within and outside the organization.
  • Ensuring that operational, risk, security, and audit protocols are upheld, including the complete documentation of client communications.
  • Assistance with client transactions on the Teller line is part of supporting branch operations.
  • Take part in and on occasion help organize morning check-ins and post-work discussions.
  • Additional tasks will be required as needed; responsibilities and tasks may shift, or new ones may be allocated at any point, with or without prior notification.

Education Qualifications:

  • Required credentials encompass a high school diploma, GED, or similar business acumen
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience Qualifications:

  • At least one year of experience in cultivating relationships with current and prospective customers, achieving sales objectives, and building referral channels is a significant prerequisite.
