Position Overview:

In the role of a Branch Support Specialist with PNC, you are expected to excel in customer service provision, aid individuals in handling their financial dealings, and play a role in the efficient execution of branch procedures. Responsibilities:

• Identifies prospects within customer engagements and refers them to the suitable branch employees.

• Tailors PNC products and services to match customer demands.
• Identifies potential sales leads and directs customers to the appropriate team members to deepen relationships.
• Teaches customers about digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-help resources to enhance financial transaction management.
• Utilizes product and procedural knowledge to efficiently resolve customer queries.
• Oversees the completion of teller and branch activities with precision, following the established policies and procedures of PNC.

Qualifications:

• No prior knowledge necessary.
