Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven aptitude for achieving results in mortgage sales or related areas of financial services.
• Thorough understanding of mortgage products, financial services, and the processes involved in securing loans.
• Experienced in client discovery, relationship building, and documentation precision.
• Effective communicator with a knack for financial analysis and consultative selling approaches.
• It is a norm to seek candidates with a college or university degree (or a comparable amalgamation of educational credentials and practical proficiency).
• No specialized certifications are required.

Responsibilities:

• Proposes mortgage loan solutions that comply with lending guidelines while also addressing the specific needs of the customer.
• Manages a group of client relationships, with a focus on retaining current customers and exploring opportunities for new client growth through proactive sales actions.
• Formulates and prepares personalized loan packages while reviewing documentation for compliance assurance.
• Skillfully coordinates the customer journey to achieve production and service goals.
• Engages in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure the smooth processing of mortgage transactions.
• Procures and scrutinizes financial data from customers with complex or diverse borrowing backgrounds.
• Provides expert consultation on mortgage options and banking services customized to meet customer demands.
• Manifests a detailed expertise regarding PNC's product portfolio, digital features, and lending regulations.

• Background Checks: Potential candidates will undergo further scrutiny as necessitated by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
