Responsibilities:
Leads the client team in executing the process for managing client relationships to discover new avenues for business development
Sources fresh clientele while adhering to the risk appetite set by the bank
Directs the client team towards creating impactful exchanges and upholding a Branded Client Experience
Builds a deep understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and holistic wealth management strategy, remaining adaptable to changes in the business environment or client needs

Advocates for the embrace and uptake of digital functionalities for a more enhanced client and team engagement

Required Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have accumulated more than 12 years of experience in private banking or managing complex financial services, or equivalent business experience
Capacity to cultivate and expand business prospects among a particular client audience
Proficiency in offering clients a complete solution that taps into the various offerings of the Private Bank platform
Someone with a strong emphasis on personal connections and meeting the needs of clients while demonstrating exceptional interpersonal capabilities
A leader who acknowledges openings for client involvement and promptly seizes them to improve the client's situation
Shows an ability to exert influence; initiates and successfully concludes business engagements
Proficiency in sales and financial acumen are prerequisites for success in this position
Demonstrating proficiency in negotiating is a must
Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists; collaborate closely with other team members
Embracing a leadership role in both the team and the business community
Desired Qualifications:
