Job Overview:

Financial Consultants at PNC Wealth Management operate within bank branches and collaborate across multiple locations while managing an assigned portfolio of clients. In this role, you will follow a comprehensive financial planning approach to help clients achieve their savings, investment, and retirement objectives. You will also benefit from structured training, advanced tools, and administrative support to enhance client outcomes and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on investment and insurance strategies and create personalized financial plans aligned with their goals.
• Develop, expand, and maintain a portfolio of investment and insurance clients.
• Manage the end-to-end client experience, including sales and service interactions, while identifying opportunities for growth and making appropriate internal referrals.
• Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive business development and networking efforts.
• Enhance client loyalty and deepen relationships by delivering high-quality financial advisory services.
• Apply strong product and procedural knowledge to resolve client concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Design and implement tailored investment and insurance strategies that support client financial goals.
• Provide personalized financial guidance based on individual needs and long-term objectives.
• Monitor client financial plans regularly and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Educate and coach branch staff and internal partners on identifying potential investment opportunities.
• Promote investment awareness and engagement among branch employees.
• Collaborate with branch leadership and investment teams to support performance and growth initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication with internal and external partners to drive referrals and business development.
• Review business performance and pipeline activity with branch managers on a regular basis.
• Ensure timely follow-up on leads and referrals in accordance with service standards.
• Comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, policies, and organizational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is typically required or preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered in place of a degree.
• Strong skills in client acquisition, relationship management, financial analysis, credit evaluation, financial modeling, public speaking, and sales execution.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and customer experience management abilities.
