Job Description:

Assists the Mortgage Growth Manager in leading and overseeing Mortgage Loan Originators to achieve production goals, operational excellence, and regional profitability, including managing a personal pipeline of retail mortgage loans. Recruits, screens, and trains top talent, with a focus on staff retention and performance management. Actively participates in local and state mortgage, real estate, and building trade associations to maintain up-to-date industry knowledge. Communicates business targets, objectives, and company performance to the team, fostering a strong sales culture through coaching, training, and marketing material development.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory role.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to manage customer interactions and relationships.
• Demonstrated skill in developing new business opportunities and maintaining industry connections.
• Thorough understanding of mortgage products, operational processes, and market trends.
• Advanced knowledge of sales strategies and techniques.
