Client Solutions Associate

Client Solutions Associates help shape the future of service by modernizing the client experience through an elevated standard of care. The Client Service Associate assists with the development and growth of business through engaging and utilizing the full capabilities of the firm. This is a key role that requires an understanding of firm policies, procedures and firm capabilities in order to deliver the full firm to clients.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Support:

  • Cultivate and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication with clients, handling client requests, resolving inquiries, offering guidance, and maintaining the accuracy of vital information and paperwork
  • Recognize and assist clients in discovering Firm services and solutions that support their requirements, including banking products and services and secure, digital platforms like Morgan Stanley Online and Morgan Stanley Mobile
  • Authenticate consent and verify the legitimacy of the client during request processing
  • Arrange and ensure the upkeep of client accounts, involving the collection of client data and mandatory documentation, processing monetary transactions for instance
  • Review and respond to client account notifications as required

Other:

  • Support financial planners in creating a business model and meeting the requirements of a client service framework
  • Contribute to the team's marketing endeavors by overseeing marketing resources, digital and social media platforms, and arranging client-focused events and seminars
  • Engage in ongoing training and educational opportunities that support the company's strategic priorities, personal development, and staying informed about policies, procedures, and new technologies, and make it a priority to attend designated monthly training sessions for field service professionals
  • Provide administrative support to Financial Advisors by handling tasks such as telephone coverage, arranging business travel, scheduling client meetings, preparing expense reports for travel, and maintaining filing systems along with calendars
  • Engage enthusiastically in firm initiatives supervised by local management
  • Consistently seek chances to use firm resources for sharing information and collaborating with Financial Advisors

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/Equivalency
  • College degree preferred
  • Having worked in the industry is advantageous
  • Enthusiasm to procure Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) as well as Series 65 (RA) qualifications

Knowledge/Skills:

  • Possessing a solid grasp of computer operations and proficient in navigating Microsoft Office tools
  • Exceptional aptitude in writing, interpersonal communication, and customer service acumen
  • Known for meticulous attention to detail, exceptional organizational prowess, and the capability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Displays adeptness in teamwork and interacting collaboratively with coworkers
  • Expertise in managing responsibilities in a fast-paced and ever-changing workplace
  • Goal-centric, self-motivated, and outcome-driven
