• Proficient in handling the initiation of fundamental deposit arrangements, resolving electronic banking inquiries and issues, performing account administration tasks, and directing individuals to appropriate divisions for additional support.
• Ensure the accurate and efficient balancing of a cash drawer.
• Provide exceptional support and assistance to customers, coworkers, and team members.
• Grasp and conform to a diverse set of policies, guidelines, and procedures, covering aspects such as security, conformity, and operational practices.
• Join in current job training activities that cover a range of subjects such as sales strategies, effective customer service, compliance standards, and product familiarization.
• May be able to temporarily move to a different local branch to assist with staffing issues as necessary.
• Execute further obligations as requested.
