A tool for Customer Relations Teams:

  • Carry out a combination of teller and customer service activities as necessary.
  • Skilled in managing teller transactions effectively and capable of carrying out basic customer service duties, such as opening standard checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts, processing account updates, and other relevant tasks.
  • Work within established guidelines, policies and procedures, the CSA will sell and service all deposit accounts, handle various customer inquiries and provide prompt problem resolution.
  • A robust understanding of the various deposit and electronic banking options provided by the bank is required.
  • Implement sales techniques that revolve around identifying customer needs, uncovering referral potential, and advising on appropriate products and services to fulfill those needs.

  • Proficient in overseeing the establishment of standard deposit accounts, resolving electronic banking inquiries and features, conducting account maintenance tasks, and guiding individuals to appropriate divisions for further assistance.
  • Ensure the precise and efficient balancing of a cash register.
  • Deliver outstanding service to clients, coworkers, and team members alike.
  • Keep up-to-date with protocols, rules, and procedures, such as security arrangements, compliance standards, and day-to-day functioning.
  • Join in continuous learning sessions that encompass essential aspects like sales methodologies, effective service delivery, regulatory compliance, and product comprehension.
  • Has the option to float to another nearby branch to help with staffing if necessary.
  • Perform supplementary tasks as needed.
