Position Overview:

As a Consumer Banking Associate at PNC, you will deliver outstanding customer service, assist customers with financial transactions, and support daily branch operations. In this role, you will help create positive customer experiences while identifying opportunities to introduce customers to PNC products and services that fit their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs and opportunities during interactions and connect clients with the appropriate branch team members.

• Recommend PNC products and services based on individual customer needs and financial goals.
• Recognize opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and refer clients to the appropriate specialists.
• Assist customers with digital banking platforms, technology tools, and self-service resources to simplify account management.
• Use product expertise and operational procedures to resolve customer concerns effectively and professionally.
• Ensure teller transactions and branch operations are completed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• A college or university degree is generally not necessary for this role.
