Job Title: Teller Associate

Job Overview:

Located at the Cherry Hill Mall financial center, this full-time role requires 40 hours per week. The Teller Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, promoting banking products, and supporting daily branch operations. Availability during branch hours is required (no Sundays).

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer transactions accurately in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
Identify and refer appropriate banking products and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to meet financial needs.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and security procedures.
Utilize digital tools to assist customers and resolve issues.
Support branch operational and administrative activities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
6–12 months customer service experience required.
6–12 months cash handling experience preferred.

Compliance and Additional Duties:

Must adhere to all compliance programs, policies, and regulations. Required training must be completed on time, and any risks must be reported appropriately. Additional duties may be assigned by management.

Compensation:

Eligible for incentive-based compensation depending on performance, experience, skills, and location.
