One of the main tasks of a Financial Services Consultant is to educate clients on various banking products and services available to them.

A Financial Services Consultant provides customers with high quality, prompt, and professional financial services. Responsible for interacting with clients and providing exceptional service by greeting them as they enter one of our branches and providing them with the services needed to meet their financial goals. This role will process financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards, and assist the team in meeting branch goals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the team's initiatives to achieve growth objectives in financial performance and primary client acquisition by delivering suitable client referrals and assisting with sales strategies.
• Provide exceptional client support by assisting with account queries, problem-solving, and complaint resolution, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience. Engage customers with educational resources and informative communications to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. Meet and exceed behavioral activity goals as set by Retail Leadership, which may include driving referrals and promoting client engagement.
• Administer daily financial transactions accurately and promptly, striving to prevent controllable losses. Ensure compliance with all relevant bank policies and regulations for accuracy and adherence.
• Participates in specific projects, as well as additional duties and responsibilities as required. Demonstrates a continuous commitment to following the regulatory and conformity guidelines pertinent to the role, as specified, and completes obligatory compliance education. Responsible for upholding compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Fulfillment of high school education or its equal (GED, HiSET, TASC) or a recognized foreign equivalent is compulsory.
• Essential: 3-year background in customer service and sales.
• Previous involvement in the financial services industry is a plus.
