Qualifications for Loan Sales Specialist:

• A high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) certificate is necessary for educational qualification
• Available to work on-site during regular business hours and occasional extended shifts, which may also include Saturdays
• Proficient communication abilities, encompassing both oral and written forms
• Proficient in utilizing technology and adept at managing numerous systems simultaneously
• Demonstrating the capacity to manage sensitive data with tact and expertise

Preferred:

• Proficiency in sales, collections, or customer service roles is valuable
• Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish
• Prior involvement in the financial sector or consumer lending field
• Proficiency in loan origination systems and customer relationship management software is essential
• Understanding federal and state lending rules, such as the Truth in Lending Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is essential
• Demonstrated history of achieving or surpassing sales targets
• Possessing robust abilities in addressing challenges and making choices
• Strong focus on collaborative work while still demonstrating individual efficacy
