Job Description: Universal Banker

Universal Bankers are responsible for assisting customers with their banking transactions and helping them achieve their financial goals. Provides financial services, which encompass commencing/cutting off accounts, addressing customer concerns, and marketing bank merchandise. Backs team advancement and recognizes sales chances to cater to customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate, manage, and finalize customer accounts including checking, savings, IRA, and deposit types.
• Explain bank products and cross-sell services to provide financial solutions and additional offerings tailored to meet individual customer requirements.
• Assist customers in resolving issues and support account-related inquiries.
• Manage account changes and uphold precise documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality while offering exceptional customer care.
• Oversight of support team functions, reporting mechanisms, and audit procedures.
• Attain objectives for both sales and building relationships.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or a comparable certification is necessary.
• 0–3 years of experience in the banking or customer service field.
• Elementary grasp of investment options and financial products.

Requirements:

• Meeting the requirements of mandatory training programs.
• Skilled in overseeing accounts, debit cards, and handling customer service tasks.
• Familiarity with strategies for fraud deterrence, wire transfer procedures, and digital banking operations.

Skills:

• Proficient in delivering clear messages and providing exceptional customer care.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and computer operations.
• Possessing a professional demeanor and a keen eye for details.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Total: 40 hours per week
