What You’ll Do:

In your role as a Banking Operations Associate, your primary responsibility is to create and maintain important relationships with clients, using your financial knowledge to suggest suitable solutions that meet their requirements. This dual role greatly contributes to the branch's success by:

• Promoting lasting ties with clients through an understanding of their financial needs and proposals of suitable products and services
• Partnering internally with teams such as Mortgage and Wealth Management to deliver customers access to specialized expertise
• Using a cash register to serve clients at the teller window and the drive-through banking facility
• Duties include setting up new accounts, updating account information, and assisting customers with digital banking platforms
• Recognizing potential fraud as well as operational and financial uncertainties
• Supporting in the implementation of bank operational protocols during designated hours
• Supporting initiatives that promote community involvement and bank-funded events

The qualifications required for a Banking Operations Associate position are vital for success in the role:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field
