Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized customer experience focused on improving financial wellness and strengthening customer loyalty.
• Handle a wide range of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Inform customers about alternative options for managing their financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer clients to appropriate branch staff.
• Encourage customer participation in branch events and meaningful conversations.
• Recommend PNC products and services based on individual customer needs.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and connect customers with the appropriate team members to enhance relationships.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools, technology solutions, and self-service options for convenient financial management.
• Use product knowledge and procedural understanding to resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Ensure all branch and teller operations are performed accurately and in compliance with PNC policies and procedures.
