Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly acknowledging customers, identifying their needs, recommending suitable products and services, and addressing their queries promptly.
• Foster client collaboration in financial reviews and business financial analyses to suggest relevant solutions and uncover any supplementary financial needs.
• Ensure that clients receive suggested actions and deliver on promises to them.
• Establishes and sustains direct connections with both external and internal clients, consistently providing forward-thinking solutions and resolving issues according to the bank's Breakthrough Client Service Standards.
• Assists clients in setting up both consumer and business accounts, catering to both new and current customers.
• Supports Client Service Specialists in promoting teamwork and takes on teller responsibilities, like cash transactions, on an as-needed basis.
• Assisting in achieving the branch objective of recognizing and directing various bank offerings and amenities to the suitable internal associates.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and procedures.
• Addresses client problems and inquiries diligently, showing effective persistence.
• Growing acquaintance with trade, customer, and confidence organizations.
• Additional duties may be required as delegated.

Qualifications include:

• A high school diploma or its equivalent, the General Educational Development (GED) credential, is necessary.
• Individuals who have spent a year working in client service specialist (teller) or comparable roles in banking are preferred applicants.
• Understanding the fundamental concepts of retail banking and the range of products and services available to customers.
• Enthusiasm and capability to actively build consumer lending skills.
• Skill in adhering to established Standard Operating Procedures.
• Competence in accurately managing cash transactions, balancing accounts, and executing precise calculations.
• Capacity to fulfill numerous and diverse client demands promptly.
• Capable of enhancing customer relationships through the creation of new associations and the growth of established ones, leveraging personal and professional anecdotes to build a connection with clients.
• Knowledgeable about state statutes and rules concerning goods and services.
• Essential skills for this position include reading, writing, and basic math.
• Capable of carrying items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Skill in maintaining a standing position for extended durations.
• Possessing a preferred credential of Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) is highly valued.
