Job Summary:

As a CRA Loan Specialist at PNC, you will assist customers throughout the mortgage process and help them achieve their homeownership goals. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, providing expert guidance on mortgage products, and ensuring compliance with lending regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations on mortgage loan options that align with lending guidelines and customer financial needs.
• Manage a portfolio of customer relationships while actively identifying opportunities to retain existing clients and develop new business through proactive sales initiatives.
• Create customized loan solutions and review supporting documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Maintain and manage the customer pipeline effectively to achieve production and service objectives.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external business partners to ensure mortgage transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Collect and analyze financial information from customers with complex or diverse borrowing situations.
• Provide professional guidance on mortgage products, lending options, and related financial services tailored to customer needs.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of PNC products, digital banking resources, and lending procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated success in mortgage sales or related financial services positions.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, banking services, and loan origination processes.
• Experience in customer relationship management, lead generation, and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication, financial analysis, and consultative sales skills.
• A college degree or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience is generally preferred.
• No specific certifications or licenses are required unless mandated by applicable regulations.
