Job Summary for Financial Consultant:

First Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor to act as the primary relationship manager for wealth management clients. Responsibilities for Financial Consultant:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for wealth management clients, ensuring high-quality client service.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and business growth.
• Develop a detailed understanding of clients’ financial goals, investment objectives, family backgrounds, and risk tolerance.
• Design and manage customized investment and asset allocation strategies based on client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and investment committees to address portfolio requirements and financial planning strategies.
• Conduct regular investment reviews and communicate portfolio updates and market insights to clients.
• Apply financial planning tools and strategies to support client acquisition and retention.
• Leverage networking, referrals, and internal partnerships to identify new business opportunities.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements, banking policies, and investment evaluation standards.

Qualifications for Financial Consultant:

• Minimum of five years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or wealth advisory.
• Strong experience in client relationship management and financial planning services.
• Knowledge of investment products, risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio strategies.
• Experience with financial planning software and investment tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Prior business development experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• CFA or CFP certification is preferred.
• Commitment to continuous learning and adoption of industry best practices.

Work Environment:

• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday as required.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds as needed.
