We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Retail Banking Center team as a Client Experience Representative. This role provides an opportunity to develop banking expertise, build meaningful client relationships, support daily banking operations, and contribute to the overall success of the banking center.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional client service by assisting customers with account needs, inquiries, and financial service requests.
• Recommend appropriate banking products and services based on client needs, goals, and financial objectives.
• Support business growth by identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and connecting customers with additional banking solutions.
• Process debit and credit transactions accurately while following established banking procedures and compliance requirements.
• Resolve client concerns efficiently and provide solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Manage banking center cash operations, including vault balancing, cash ordering, currency transportation coordination, and cash distribution to authorized employees.
• Maintain accurate cash management records, including Currency Transaction Reports (CTR) and other required regulatory documentation.
• Assist with opening new accounts and completing required documentation and account maintenance processes.

Essential Abilities and Credentials:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two to three years of cash handling experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Ability to safely handle and lift coin and currency containers as required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused banking environment.
