Job Description:

As a Cashier at PNC, you will provide excellent customer service, assist customers with financial transactions, and support daily branch operations. The role is focused on creating a positive banking experience while identifying opportunities to recommend PNC products and services that meet customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a personalized customer experience aimed at improving financial wellness and strengthening customer relationships.
• Handle customer interactions and transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Guide customers through the various options available for managing their financial transactions.
• Identify opportunities during customer interactions and refer customers to the appropriate branch team members.
• Build strong customer relationships through lobby engagement and meaningful communication.
• Recommend suitable PNC products and services based on customer requirements.
• Recognize sales opportunities and connect customers with the appropriate banking specialists.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools, self-service resources, and technology solutions for convenient banking.
• Resolve customer concerns effectively using product knowledge and established procedures.
• Ensure teller and branch operations are completed accurately while following PNC policies and procedures.
