Position Title: Investment Banking Associate

Role Overview:

Investment Banking Associates travel to assigned branches to ensure uninterrupted banking services. By stepping in during periods of understaffing, they help branches remain operationally sound and aligned with corporate objectives. Investment Banking Associate deliver essential banking services while reinforcing Zions Bank's standards of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Experience with cashiering, financial reconciliations, accounting principles, and familiarity with banking products and services.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and balance while meeting customer needs.
• Proven ability to recommend and promote banking services based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while protecting the branch from potential losses.
• Maintain strong knowledge of branch operations and procedures.
• Expand customer relationships through effective sales, coaching, and service strategies.
• Assist customers with loan requests, account services, and a full range of financial transactions.
• Perform cash handling and general customer service duties.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Retail Support staff are essential to maintaining operational efficiency and delivering consistent service across branch locations.
