Investment Services Associate

Job Overview:

As an Investment Services Associate, you will prepare, analyze, and report on investment and fund performance data for global real estate funds and affiliated entities. You will work closely with senior team members and external stakeholders to maintain fund accounting accuracy and support financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities
• Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations
• Create financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Perform analytical reviews of monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data
• Review or prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations
• Calculate management, annual, and incentive fees
• Draft client communications related to performance, allocations, and accounting
• Calculate waterfalls and capital account allocations
• Participate in special projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
• Solid financial accounting knowledge

• Proven administrative and organizational ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Analytical mindset and ability to work at all levels within the organization
