Position Overview:

As a Floating Personal Banker at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a distinct customer journey centered on enhancing financial wellness and nurturing customer commitment.

• Assists customers in understanding the different options they can choose from for their financial transactions.
• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.

• Recognizes chances for sales growth and directs clients to the suitable colleagues to enhance connections.
• Guides customers in understanding digital banking tools, technology selections, and self-service facilities for the smooth management of financial transactions.
• Effectively resolves customer problems through the application of product and procedural understanding.
• Ensures that all teller and branch tasks are conducted accurately, in compliance with PNC's policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
