Wealth Planning Advisor provide exceptional service to our clients and support Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s)/teams on a daily basis. As senior members of the service team, through regular interactions with clients, individuals in this role build trusted relationships. Leading with a client first mindset, a successful candidate for this role will have strong interpersonal skills and their focus will be on delivering an exceptional client experience. In supporting Financial Advisor(s)/Private Wealth Advisor(s)/teams, this role will focus on assisting in areas such as digital marketing, portfolio holdings and/or proposal tools and financial planning.
Acquiring knowledge through education, building experience through hands-on work, gaining expertise through learning, and honing skills through practice are vital for personal and professional enrichment:
A background of at least five years in a field related to the post is essential.
Preference is given to those who have a four-year college degree or professional certification.
Required certifications encompass Series 7 (GS) and either Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
Additional licenses for the product might be obligatory.
Strong leadership skills.
Familiarity with various financial services products including equities, fixed income securities, options, mutual funds, insurance policies, and managed accounts.
Well-versed in technology and adept at swiftly understanding new platforms.
Having a strong dedication to details, superior organizational skills, and a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.
Proficiency in basic personal computer tasks, MS Office software like MS Excel, and utilizing internet resources effectively.
Exceptional capabilities in producing high-quality written material, nurturing interpersonal relationships, and catering to client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
As a senior member of the service team, provide coverage for an FA/PWA/team including: cultivating relationships with business partners and colleagues internally and externally; such as executing money movement transactions, answering general non-investment related questions concerning clients accounts, educating or enrolling clients in digital tools, accepting or entering unsolicited orders and/or entering solicited orders in a clerical capacity; remaining current on all policies, procedures and new platforms and sharing reminders and best practices with other service team members.
Helping the FA/PWA/team in structuring and fulfilling their business plan, partnering closely with various market stakeholders like Practice Strategy Consultants and Branch Management.
Overseeing administrative aspects across digital and in-person marketing methods, encompassing conferences, webinars, websites, social networking sites, and consistent email updates.
Generating and inspecting different client reports or financial plans utilizing approved systems for existing or potential clients.
Aid in research endeavors by utilizing systems approved by the company.
Attending client meetings to provide a perspective centered on service.
Involvement in business initiatives, distinct undertakings, and/or additional tasks as instructed by local supervisors.
