Job Description:
At Regions, the Client Care Banker is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, both on the cash line and on the phone, and contributing to improving the financial wellness of our customers. The purpose of this role is to create meaningful personal connections with customers while processing transactions, identify ways for Regions to meet customer needs, and assist in resolving end to end customer service inquiries. This role offers an exciting opportunity for candidates with prior teller, limited banking, or some retail sales experience who are interested in beginning a career with opportunities for growth, development, and upward mobility.

Primary Responsibilities:
This role involves documenting hours worked in excess of 40 per week and is eligible for overtime remuneration as defined by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
