As an Investment Specialist, you will be responsible for building, expanding, and retaining client relationships while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role focuses on understanding customer financial needs and providing appropriate investment and banking solutions to support both current and long-term financial goals. Investment Specialists actively engage clients through daily interactions, outbound calling efforts, business visits, networking opportunities, and special events. The role requires promoting financial literacy, driving sales performance, and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

Key Functions and Responsibilities:

• Educate clients on the full range of available investment and banking resources, including branch services, digital tools, and solutions offered through business partners.
• Achieve individual performance goals through consistent in-person engagement and outbound calling using a needs-based advisory approach.
• Open and close customer accounts, assist with appropriate product selection, review account information, and ensure compliance with BSA and CIP requirements.
• Support consumer loan activities by gathering applications, maintaining awareness of loan policies and systems, and assisting with loan portfolio management.
• Identify customer needs and refer clients to specialized teams supporting small businesses, corporate banking, financial advisors, and mortgage professionals.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and consistent delivery of exceptional service.
• Ensure all assigned tasks and documentation comply with applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Process customer transactions and requests accurately and professionally while engaging in meaningful conversations to recommend effective solutions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, motivation, and presentation skills in one-on-one and small group environments.
• Team-oriented mindset to support customers in a fast-paced banking environment.
• Ability to supervise and guide branch staff according to established procedures when required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 12 months of customer-facing experience with a strong focus on goal achievement.
• Ability to meet licensing and registration requirements associated with the role, including NMLS registration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to leverage digital and social media platforms to enhance client engagement and market awareness.

Other Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings, training sessions, or operational support.
• Ability to provide guidance and assistance to partner teams and financial institutions within the market.
