As a Wealth Management Advisor at PNC, you will work within retail banking locations while supporting clients across multiple branches and managing an assigned portfolio of relationships. In this role, you will provide customized financial planning and advisory services to help clients achieve their savings, investment, and retirement goals. Responsibilities:

• Consults with clients regarding investment strategies, insurance solutions, and personalized financial planning services.
• Develops, manages, and expands a portfolio of investment and insurance relationships.
• Delivers an exceptional client experience by efficiently managing sales and service interactions, identifying growth opportunities, and referring clients to appropriate internal business partners.
• Builds and maintains strong client relationships through networking, business development, and proactive outreach efforts.
• Strengthens customer loyalty and increases share of wallet by providing outstanding financial guidance and service.
• Applies product knowledge and operational expertise to resolve client concerns effectively and professionally.
• Designs and implements investment and insurance strategies that align with client financial objectives.
• Provides personalized financial advice and recommendations based on individual client goals and needs.
• Reviews financial plans regularly and recommends updates or adjustments when appropriate.
• Educates and coaches branch employees and internal partners to identify investment opportunities.
• Promotes investment awareness and financial education throughout branch teams.
• Collaborates with branch managers and investment sales associates to support branch investment performance goals.
• Maintains strong communication with internal and external partners to encourage referral activity and business growth.
• Monitors business performance and sales pipeline progress with branch leadership and business partners.
• Ensures timely follow-up on referrals and leads in accordance with service expectations.
• Maintains compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and operational guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Bachelor’s degree is generally preferred for this role.
• Typically requires 2 or more years of relevant professional experience.
• An equivalent combination of education, certifications, military service, or related work experience may also be considered.
• Strong abilities in client prospecting, relationship management, credit analysis, financial analysis, financial modeling, public speaking, and sales execution.
• Excellent coaching, communication, leadership, and customer experience management skills.
