Key Responsibilities:

• Create and uphold customer connectivity during the loan procedure and lifespan
• Suggest personalized financial options based on the distinct preferences of each customer
• Administer all aspects of loans, including collections, in strict adherence to governing laws and regulations
• Connect with customers and colleagues by using phone calls, email exchanges, chat services, and internal communication systems
• Preserve a resolute attitude geared towards achievements and inspired by a zeal for success
• Clarify the details of elective insurance products to customers and ensure their comprehensive understanding of loan terms and options

Qualifications Required:

• Attainment of a high school diploma or a GED is essential in today’s competitive job market
• Capacity to work in the office during typical business hours and occasional overtime, with the possibility of Saturdays included
• Excellent at expressing thoughts convincingly through speech and text
• Comfortable with technology use and skilled in navigating several systems concurrently
• Skillfully handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

Preferred:

• Expertise in sales, collections, or customer assistance is sought after
• Accomplished in Spanish language proficiency, verbal and written
• Work background in the financial services or consumer lending sector
• Familiarity with loan origination systems or CRM applications is required
• Awareness of federal and state lending guidelines, which encompass laws like the Truth in Lending Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, is key
• Documented success in achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Displaying strength in resolving issues and making sound judgments
• Team-centric approach coupled with independent work proficiency
