Job Description:Business Support Consultant

As a Business Support Consultant, you are accountable for providing customized financial recommendations and support to business clients regarding various banking and loan services. Your principal role involves assisting businesses in thriving by utilizing a comprehensive range of financial solutions that resonate with their growth goals and life-cycle ambitions.

Responsibilities:

• Delivers financial counsel and direction that resonate with the client's financial goals and preferences
• Establishes and strengthens relationships with both new and existing clients by leveraging the full scope of the bank’s offerings
• Examines the financial demands of clients and applies understanding of borrowing and banking to recommend alternative or supplementary financial services that are in line with the client's individual priorities
• Communicates with clients through outreach strategies and maintains a structured approach to managing the pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up procedures are implemented to cater to client needs
• Decides on how to handle client requests and refers them to the suitable internal partners as per the client's needs
• Provides specialized advice and coaching to individuals in collaboration with financial center leaders, performance managers, and market leaders
• Financial center associates meet to coordinate efforts and guarantee clients receive exceptional support

Required Qualifications:

• Has a proven track record of success and expertise in the areas of B2B sales or small business banking.
• Shows prowess in communication, capable of effectively persuading clients.
• Exhibits effective customer service skills, managing the complete client experience and addressing concerns adeptly.
• Track record of proven sales results.
• Proficient in creating productive partnerships and interpersonal connections.
• Proficient in outbound cold calling.
