Job Summary for Client Relationship Banker:
The Client Relationship Banker position involves assisting Banking Center customers and supporting the team in achieving sales, service, and operational goals in alignment with Webster's Strategic Guidelines. Responsibilities include processing all customer-related financial transactions in accordance with the Bank’s rules, regulations, and guidelines. This role requires strong communication and active listening skills to understand customers’ financial needs, build trust, maximize sales opportunities, generate leads, deliver exceptional customer service, and establish long-term partnerships across business segments through collaboration and communication. The ability to supervise and coach other Relationship Bankers is also essential.
