The Floating Capital Coordinator specializes in delivering an exceptional customer experience through sales, service, and digital engagement for both Consumer and Business Banking customers. This role supports daily branch operations, meets customer service and sales needs, and manages customer appointments to identify needs and refer complex issues to appropriate team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate customer engagement by educating them about available Consumer and Business Banking solutions. Offer advice on services that best suit individual needs and encourage the use of digital banking tools to streamline banking operations.
• Coordinating appointments and consultations requires overseeing customer appointments, whether they are planned in advance or happen on the spot, to recognize their financial needs and facilitate a smooth connection to the appropriate banking authorities for challenging issues.
• Proactively engage with customers to reinforce retention efforts and strengthen relationships.
• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers in the lobby, greet them, handle queries, and take ownership of resolving their immediate banking needs.
• Provide assistance in branch operations by helping with customer transactions, managing overdraft situations, and ensuring compliance with internal processes. Execute operational responsibilities as requested.
• Compliance and Risk Management Obligations: Remaining current on Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), and Know Your Customer (KYC) methodologies. Identifying and escalating potential instances of fraud. Ensuring adherence to operational and regulatory rules.
• Customer Resolution: Manage customer grievances efficiently by recording them accurately and tracking progress. Guarantee timely and satisfactory resolution of customer problems.
• Sales Referrals involve recognizing potential sales chances and directing clients to suitable banking associates for specific product recommendations.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional service delivery and efficiently handle customer concerns.
• Improve branch sales outcomes and enhance the overall customer journey.
• Embrace different responsibilities within the branch, such as opening new accounts and initiating loans, resolving issues, and managing transaction processing.
• Show understanding and customer-centricity in all interactions, be adaptable to different situations, and demonstrate adeptness in digital skills during engagements with customers.

Necessary background in academia and practical roles:

• Fulfilling the education criteria with a GED or high school diploma.
• The role requires a minimum of one year of practice in retail sales, call center responsibilities, customer service, or telesales.
• Capable of clear and compelling verbal and interpersonal communication.
• Proficiency in handling challenging customer interactions and a range of customer needs.
• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Competence in managing pressure efficiently amidst a quick-paced collaborative atmosphere.
• Competence in utilizing online tools and resources.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual skills aligned with specific branch needs.
• Proven competency in sales accomplishments or referral success.
• Physical Requirements:
• The ability to bear standing up for long stretches.
• Extended duration of hands and fingers being consistently employed.
• Adeptness in lifting items of light to moderate heaviness, approximately 5 to 30 pounds in mass.
• Knack for understanding fine print.
• Proficiency in personal customer interactions within a work setting.
