Job Summary for Financial Planner:

At First Financial Bank, the Financial Planner role focuses on developing strong client relationships, providing tailored investment strategies, and delivering full-scale financial planning solutions aligned with client goals and risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities for Financial Planner:

• Serve as the main point of contact for wealth management clients and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention and business growth.
• Understand clients’ financial objectives, investment goals, family situations, and risk preferences.
• Design and implement customized investment and asset allocation strategies based on individual client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and investment groups to meet portfolio requirements and develop financial planning strategies.
• Provide clients with timely updates on portfolio performance and market strategy during scheduled reviews.
• Use financial planning tools and methods to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, banking policies, and investment review requirements.

Qualifications for Financial Planner:

• Minimum of five years of experience in investment management, portfolio management, or wealth advisory.
• Experience in managing client relationships and providing financial planning services.
• Strong understanding of investment products, risk management, asset allocation, and portfolio strategies.
• Experience with financial planning software and related tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Business development experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred.
• CFA or CFP certification is preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and industry best practices.
