Structuring your daily routine to optimize productivity:

• Implementing tailored inquiry methods to convert transactions, account management tasks, and routine service requests into cross-selling opportunities that strengthen client relationships
• Proactively generating sales prospects by contacting leads, visiting companies to present workplace banking solutions, and creating referral networks
• Effectively managing multiple priorities while achieving daily key performance indicators
• Following learning procedures for transaction management, cash drawer handling, and bank documentation in line with industry standards and legal requirements

• You have at least one year of retail or customer-facing experience, engaging clients, providing product recommendations, and contributing to sales, or possess equivalent experience
• You have reliable transportation and flexibility to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
• You can obtain NMLS registration within 90 days of meeting eligibility requirements
