Job Summary:

First Financial Bank is seeking an experienced Wealth Management Advisor to serve as a trusted partner for wealth management clients. This role focuses on delivering customized investment guidance, comprehensive financial planning solutions, and personalized service designed to help clients achieve their financial goals while aligning with their risk tolerance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary relationship manager for wealth management clients, delivering exceptional service and support.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage retention, loyalty, and business growth.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients’ financial objectives, investment priorities, family circumstances, and risk profiles.
• Create and implement tailored investment strategies and asset allocation plans based on individual client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams and investment professionals to address portfolio requirements and develop comprehensive financial plans.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews, communicate investment performance, and provide updates on market conditions and strategy adjustments.
• Utilize financial planning tools and resources to support client acquisition and relationship management initiatives.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and investment management standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management, investment management, portfolio management, or financial advisory services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and provide personalized financial guidance.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, risk management, and asset allocation strategies.
• Experience using financial planning software and investment management platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Business development experience within the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CFP, CFA, or similar credentials are considered a plus.
• Commitment to continuous learning, professional development, and industry best practices.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday as required.
• Occasional lifting of items weighing up to 20 pounds may be necessary.
