• Conduct a range of teller and customer service tasks as required.
• Proficient in conducting teller transactions and experienced in completing fundamental customer service tasks, like opening routine checking, savings, and certificate of deposit accounts, processing account maintenance, and more.
• Work within established guidelines, policies and procedures, the CSA will sell and service all deposit accounts, handle various customer inquiries and provide prompt problem resolution.
• A robust understanding of the various deposit and electronic banking options provided by the bank is required.
• Employ a sales methodology that prioritizes understanding customer needs, identifying referral opportunities, and recommending relevant products and services to meet those needs.

Criteria and qualifications for prospective Customer Service Associate:

• One year of experience working in a branch or call center is a prerequisite, with a focus on roles such as tellers or customer service personnel in the banking industry.
