Aa Agile Financial Services Specialist at PNC, you will provide exceptional customer service, help customers manage their financial transactions, and support branch operations. You will create a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to promote PNC products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Offers a personalized customer experience aimed at enhancing financial health and building strong customer allegiance.
• Manages a variety of customer interactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Advises customers on the various options they have when conducting financial transactions.
• Spots potential chances during customer engagements and guides them to the relevant branch staff.
• Encourages customer participation in lobby activities and valuable interactions.
• Presents PNC products and services in a way that meets the needs of customers.
• Recognizes potential sales openings and guides clients to the right team members for fostering relationships.
• Educates customers on utilizing digital banking tools, technology options, and self-service resources for efficient management of financial transactions.
• Demonstrates product and procedural expertise in effectively solving customer concerns.
• Ensures that all teller and branch tasks are conducted accurately, in compliance with PNC's policies and procedures.
