Job Summary:

The Treasury Sales Officer plays a crucial role in advising Not-For-Profit Healthcare and Private Higher Education institutions on their financial technology, operational requirements, and working capital. This professional is tasked with providing specialized guidance to clients, leading important discussions with top-level management and revenue cycle departments, focusing predominantly on healthcare and education industries.

Sales Specialist Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-level strategic conversations with top executives and Revenue Cycle teams, focusing on developing customized financial strategies, especially within the healthcare sector.
  • Provide guidance to customers regarding various treasury solutions such as payment processing, cash flows, financial liquidity, credit card services, and online commerce.
  • Exhibit proficiency in healthcare restructuring, addressing obstacles and developments within the sector, while ensuring clients are well-updated and involved. Take charge of and contribute to public speaking opportunities at major industry entities such as HFMA (Healthcare Financial Management Association) and NACUBO (National Association of College and University Business Officers).
  • Plan and organize client and prospect gatherings centered on current industry topics like Innovation, Prevention of Fraud, Enhancing Patient Satisfaction, and Integrating Systems. Cultivate and sustain solid connections with clients to guarantee ongoing interaction and satisfaction levels remain high.
  • Craft and implement a strategic blueprint aimed at nurturing the expansion of current client bases and securing fresh business ventures. Propel the growth of Solutions Per Relationship (SPR) by delivering a wide range of treasury offerings to clients. Discover chances to strengthen client connections and offer customized, all-encompassing solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Prioritize immediate and effective interaction with clients, emphasizing exceptional service delivery and the achievement of business goals. Develop and execute continuous marketing plans to uphold fruitful client connections and support sustained development.

Sales Specialist Qualifications:

  • A minimum of six years of experience in treasury sales and card solutions is required, with a preference for candidates with a background in healthcare banking or revenue cycle industries.
  • Possession of a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree or relevant professional background.
  • Proficient in sales, negotiation, and consulting abilities to create customized solutions.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, along with strong presentation skills, enabling proficient interaction with both clients and internal teams.
  • Outstanding abilities in managing time, organization, and planning to handle numerous tasks efficiently.
  • Developing and nurturing relationships while actively engaging with clients, emphasizing the creation of lasting alliances.
  • Proficiency in maneuvering through a vast, complex banking structure and interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Profound knowledge of Treasury offerings and solutions.
  • Proficient in handling clients from diverse locations while effectively managing tasks based on importance and ensuring a well-rounded client portfolio.
