Job Description:Mortgage Office Manager

Supports the Mortgage Office Manager in guiding and overseeing Mortgage Loan Originators to meet production targets, achieve operational excellence, and drive regional growth and profitability. Maintains a personal portfolio of retail mortgage loans. Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and training top-performing talent, while focusing on employee retention and performance management. Actively engages with local and state mortgage, real estate, and builder trade associations to remain informed of industry developments and trends. Effectively communicates business goals, objectives, and company performance results to staff, fostering a high-performing sales culture through coaching, training, and the development of marketing resources.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience as a Retail Mortgage Loan Originator.
• At least two years of supervisory experience.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Experience developing business opportunities and managing key client relationships.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mortgage products, processes, and market trends.
• Expertise in sales strategies and techniques.
