Position Overview:

A Commercial Banking Officer works closely with business clients to deliver a broad range of banking solutions, including account management, financial transactions, lending support, and tailored financial guidance. This role focuses on developing long-term client relationships, identifying business banking opportunities, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and contributing to the growth and operational success of the branch and financial institution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support customers with their daily banking activities, including depositing, withdrawing, and transferring funds
• Creating and sustaining individual and business-related financial profiles
• Help explore banking options such as loans, credit cards, and savings plans
• Recognize customer necessities and propose appropriate financial solutions
• Establish and uphold sturdy customer connections to ensure satisfaction and allegiance
• Make sure to comply with internal policies and adhere to government regulations
• Tackle customer issues swiftly and with professionalism
• Contribute to the realization of branch sales and service goals through assistance and collaboration
• Maintain precise and up-to-date records and documentation
