As a Branch Services Manager, you will oversee all aspects of branch operations, focusing on delivering exceptional service while ensuring the branch achieves its sales, service, and operational goals. Duties & Responsibilities:

• Oversee a portfolio of high-value consumer and business clients, ensuring the efficient referral process across bank departments to meet client needs, enhance relationships, and build strong internal partnerships following branch guidelines.
• Lead a team to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring customer inquiries are resolved effectively and efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Utilize available tools and technology to identify sales and service opportunities, ensuring that team members are equipped to maximize business potential.
• Provide ongoing coaching and training to the team, ensuring that all team members remain knowledgeable about bank products, services, policies, and technologies.
• Engage with the local community to build and nurture essential business relationships, contributing to the bank’s community involvement and business development goals.
• Foster internal collaboration to drive business growth and expand the bank’s market presence within the branch’s service area.
• Ensure the recruitment and hiring processes align with Huntington’s culture and staffing needs, selecting individuals who share the bank’s values and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Ensure all branch operations comply with security, risk, regulatory, and operational guidelines, maintaining a secure and efficient environment for both employees and customers.
• Monitor branch performance, assessing sales, service, operations, and financial metrics to ensure branch objectives are met.
• Demonstrate expertise in banking operations, investment strategies, consumer lending, business finance, sales leadership, team coaching, and process optimization to enhance branch performance and customer service.
• Complete any additional duties as assigned to ensure branch success and smooth operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience in a leadership role in retail sales with a focus on achieving goals, or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree and prior leadership experience within a branch banking environment.
• Proven ability to understand, manage, and drive branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across both physical and digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, lending products, investment services, consumer and commercial finance, and sales leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and influence both team members and customers.
• Proficiency in using digital tools, mobile banking applications, and online banking systems to manage business operations and track branch performance.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products and the ability to differentiate and promote them effectively to clients.
• Demonstrated ability to foster, motivate, and lead teams to achieve business goals and enhance customer retention.
