Job Description: Client Service Banker

Client Service Bankers are tasked with promoting banking products and services to meet the needs of clients. Accountable for offering financial services that involve commencing/terminating accounts, supporting customer inquiries, and advertising bank items. Assists in team enhancement and identifies sales possibilities to fulfill customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Start, sustain, and conclude customer accounts encompassing checking, savings, IRA, and deposit options.
• Explain the comprehensive array of bank products and added services offered to customers, personalizing these solutions to meet specific client demands.
• Help customers with any account-related concerns and resolve their issues effectively.
• Carry out account updates while maintaining precise record management.
• Safeguard confidentiality and deliver superior customer assistance.
• Run support team operations, compile reports, and perform audits.
• Fulfill goals for expanding sales and strengthening customer bonds.

Qualifications:

• The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or a similar credential.
• Up to three years of experience dedicated to banking or customer service roles.
• Core comprehension of fiscal offerings and financial products.

Requirements:

• Satisfying the criteria for completion of required training programs.
• Competent in the administration of accounts, debit card operations, and customer care.
• Competence in preventing fraudulent activities, conducting wire transfers securely, and utilizing online banking tools.

Skills:

• Skilled in engaging with customers and adept at communication in various situations.
• Basic math comprehension and computer literacy.
• Showing professionalism and a commitment to thoroughness.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Total: 40 hours per week
