Job Title: Relationship Banker

Job Overview:

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based in Clinton, MD. The Relationship Banker delivers an exceptional customer experience by handling service, sales, and financial needs while building long-term customer relationships and promoting banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage customers through in-branch interactions, calls, and appointments to drive sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
Open accounts, process transactions, and support lending and service requests.
Utilize CRM tools and digital solutions to strengthen customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and risk management practices.
Support branch operations and contribute to sales goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

May serve as a Notary Public.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2+ years of customer service or sales experience.

Skills:

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively and use digital tools effectively.

Licensing Requirement:

May require registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
