Role Overview:Audit Operations Manage

The primary role of the Audit Operations Manage is to oversee the planning and execution of audits that cover distinct business units or functional areas within the corporation. Additionally, they supervise the Audit team in carrying out the audits.

Depth & Scope:

• Contributes to the formulation of audit plans for specific businesses or functional departments, addressing resource demands and budget constraints.
• Takes on the central responsibility for finalizing audits, including the organization and direction of audits, as well as the oversight of team members working on different audits, with the goal of drawing conclusions and effectively communicating the scope and findings to the business area.
• Performs evaluations on critical audit sections. Reviews audit documentation extensively. Oversees the follow-up on results and the validation of any identified issues.
• Ensures that audits are carried out and accomplished as per established criteria and within specified time, budget, and scope parameters to meet deadlines.
• Supervises a small to medium-sized team involved in a specific audit and offers ongoing coaching and performance feedback throughout the process.
• They utilize their in-depth understanding of the subject matter to evaluate the potential risks that may affect the assigned business lines or functions from both internal and external sources.
• Coordinates audit planning, execution, and completion with process owners.

Education & Experience:

• Undergraduate degree required
• 7+ years of relevant experience
